Estimator
Preconstruction & Project Management
Stephen Pappas is an Estimator at Stocker Associates, managing the bid process from start to finish while communicating with trade partners, clients, and internal team members. He enjoys building relationships with the people he works with and providing quality service throughout the bidding process. His goal is to deliver reliable proposals that give clients confidence as they move forward with their projects.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys walking trails along the river, playing guitar, and spending time with his children. On a typical Saturday, you might even find him taking dance lessons from his daughter.
