Delta |v| Forensic Engineering – Pine Brook VIII

This project entailed renovating an existing office suite with a small warehouse in back to provide a corporate headquarters space that could serve as a model for other offices around the country. Tenant vendors for glazing, AV, and above-ceiling sound insulation were integrated into the schedule of subcontractors.
