Project Overview

Renovation of an existing suite to meet the client’s needs. Tenant’s furniture and security vendors were integrated into the schedule of subcontractors.

Scope of Work

New finishes in the building vestibule, including new tile flooring
New entry door with glass insert and sidelight
Tile flooring, glass-front conference room, and storage room on Level 1
New handrail and aircraft cable guardrail system for existing stairs
Refinishing of existing hardwood flooring on Level 2
New ADA breakroom millwork with subway tile backsplash
New ADA restroom on Level 2
Constructed mezzanine with glass walls to add a 3rd level to the suite for additional workspace, including structural beam supports
Installed pre-fabricated spiral staircase from Level 2 to Level 3
