Project Overview

Renovated an existing tenant suite to create and new building amenity space to serve all the building tenants. Provided a breakroom and informal gathering space for companies large and small.

Scope of Work

New aluminum glass entry with structural glass door including card access
New custom break cabinetry with quartz counters and tile back splash
New ceiling with drywall soffits and all new LED lighting throughout
Finishes included LVT, custom area rug, wallcovering and paint
Technology included two TV location and wireless access point.
