Project Overview

Partnered with a property investor to renovate a vacant building to position it better for leasing and sale. The work involved a renovated lobby and full landscaping renovation of the front of the building. Project successfully attracted a new building tenant during construction and resulted in a quick property sale for the investor.

Scope of Work

Lobby renovation
All new finished including ceramic tile, custom rug, carpet tile, back-painted glass panels, acoustic wall panels and new decorative LED lighting
Custom niche with upholstered seating
New decorative ceilings
Landscaping renovation
- Full demolition of existing planting lighting and concrete flat work
- New exterior decorative lighting including plant lighting, decorative uplighting and stair lighting
- New dyed and stamped decorative concrete flat work including three new stairs and sidewalks
- Custom stainless railing for new stairs
- New custom planters built from weathering steel
- New custom wood tables and benches with power
- Custom 2-story steel support for signage to rebrand the building
- New decorative trash and recycling to match building aesthetic.
- New decorative bike rack
