Scope of Work

Designed and installed a new floating staircase featuring glass guardrails and wood grab rails
Reconfigured the glass entry, straightening the previously curved entrance for a cleaner, more open approach
Installed new flooring, wall, and ceiling finishes throughout the lobby
Upgraded lobby lighting
Renovated restrooms with new toilet partitions, flooring, wall finishes, millwork, and plumbing fixtures
Installed new pavers in the interior courtyard
Completed repairs to building structural damage
Performed repairs to building systems
Enhanced landscaping to boost curb appeal
