Construction Scope Included:

Monumental Stair, Elevator, 4 Break Facilities, Self-Serve Canteen, Game Room, Fitness Center with Locker Rooms, and Outdoor Patio with Shade Sails.  Additionally, UPS and Generator were provided for Critical IT Facilities and Workstations.

Work was completed under accelerated schedule to accommodate the client lease required move dates.
