This project entailed renovating an existing office suite with small warehouse in back to provide a corporate headquarters space that could be a model for other offices around the country. Tenant vendors for glazing, AV, and above ceiling sound insulation were integrated into the schedule of subcontractors.
Construction Scope Included:
New Entry with feature wall showcasing Armstrong Crossfuse Wood Panels and frosted film company logo prominently displayed on glass
New breakroom with LVP flooring installed in a herringbone pattern
CEO suite with sliding glass door system with privacy film
New lighting and flooring throughout suite’s office portion
New conference room with video wall
Raising the ceiling at the new conference room
Studio room for podcast recording
Armstrong sound attenuate ceiling tiles and mass loaded vinyl noise barrier above the ceiling at the conference room and studio
New ADA restroom in suite’s warehouse portion
